Shipping

Our commitment to you is to have your items shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) of you placing your order.  We use AusPost and TNT couriers.  Where possible please do not use PO Boxes as it restricts us to AusPost and this may not be the most efficient or fastest shipping method.

Delivery times vary from 4 -10 working days for standard delivery.

Shipping rates:

Orders over $300 shipping is free

Orders under $300 shipping is $19.95 (our system automatically selects the fastest shipping option between our two providers including express post if within the price bracket).

For wholesale customers first orders require payment through this site however we do offer 15 and 30 day terms for ongoing orders.  If you would like to take advantage of our payment terms please drop us a line and we will be happy to discuss these options.
